The Australian Government is offering $4 billion in funding for the Energy Efficient Homes package that will allow 2.9 million homes to install ceiling insulation.
The program includes a rebate for homeowners of up to $1600 for the purchase and installation of appropriate ceiling insulation.
The offer also extends to owners of rental properties with a rebate of up to $1000 for these properties.
